At BallereTTe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to maintain their pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
